We prefer designs to be in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format. If you have a design needing minor edits (e.g. Logo and number placement, font change) we will gladly do it for free for a limited number of edits. You can let us know in your order email. If you have designs in formats other than .ai (such as .psd or .pdf), you can still send them and we’ll let you know if we run into image quality problems. Our team will take a look at your design files and will give you feedback.
We also offer jersey design services. For a fee of $100, we will create 3 original case designs for you to choose from.
Turnaround time is 4 weeks after we approve the design. Best to inform us when exactly you will need the jerseys.
We require 60% downpayment to commence production, 40% (plus shipping) upon receiving the delivered items. We charge an additional 5% if payment is made through PayPal (for finance charges). All other fees after shipment (i.e customs tax, value added tax) shall be shouldered by your team.
